I have been producing music for around nine years. Five of these years were spent studying Music Technology at college and university in both Hampshire and London. My favourite styles of music to listen to are Full On, Progressive psychadelic trance, chilled psy-trance and downbeat. This in turn has had an impact on my production, as my favourite styles to produce are the above mentioned styles. I produce almost exclusively using Cubase 4 as well as Sx3. As you can see in my video section i have created a few Cubase Video Tutorials for anyone to download free of charge in a hope to encourage more people to learn these tools.
I am also working on a website collaberation at the moment which will be for all types of artists to join together to make music and share resources, knowledge and experience. Watch this space!
As mentioned above there is a Cubase video tutorial section on my site. This will be for video tutorials on all things to do with music production, not just Cubase - especially in the area of creating psy-trance (in general) using Cubase SX, VST's hardware synths and VST instruments. This will work on weekly tutorials, compiled in response to requests left via e-mail by users. All in all i hope the Cubase video tutorials will be of great use and help people get on their way to creating the sounds they hear in their heads to a high standard.
Teaching is one of my other passions, and i have many students to whome i teach Cubase, studio set-up, synthesis etc. I hope to offer a learning experience on this site, to those who are interested in these areas.
